Our Extreme WeatherPlus™ Add-ons are an upgrade to our standard cases, which we've sold for 30+ years.While we continue to offer a complete selection of styles and sizes without these enhancements, certain extreme locations require these upgrades to effectively address local weather conditions. Below are the included upgrades:
- Drip-Edge Roof
The thin aluminum roof has a slight bend at the end to help prevent water from entering any potential exposure areas through the door or hinges when closed. The roof overhang provided includes high-bond adhesive tape for installation on the top of the metal cabinet. When mounting and installing the WeatherPlus™ case, you can decide if you want to add the protective roof or leave it off. You can install it later or remove it after initial installation. - Rubber Gaskets
One of the larger enhancements is the installation of rubber gaskets along the inside perimeter of the door cavity. Though not waterproof or 100% water-tight, it significantly reduces the risk of water entering the case. - Side Vents
Placed on both sides of the case are Fin Style Vents. This allows the upper portion of the case to release any condensation buildup and enables airflow to help ensure clear viewing of the contents. - Additional Weep Holes
In addition to the side Fin Vents, we provide 4 weep holes at the bottom of the case to allow condensation or water buildup to drain easily. The bottom holes are positioned slightly in front of the backer board and then behind it, for maximum breathability. - Forbo™ Cork Backer
Offered in 15+ Colors, this corkboard is self-healing, will not crumble, and is constructed to hold up in most weather conditions. Forbo™ is produced from natural and renewable raw materials. A combination of oxidized linseed oil, rosin, and finely ground cork gives this poster case its flexibility and resilience. This combination results in a product with exceptional durability & a sustainable footprint. Its strength and resilience make it an ideal material for pin boards, notice boards, and all other surfaces where ideas and information are exchanged. - Hanging Brackets- for Wall Mount
When drilling holes through the backer board, there is an opportunity for water to seep into the backside of the case. As an option, we've included top and bottom metal hanging brackets to help avoid this. You still can drill through the backer board, but this provides an alternative mounting method.
IMPORTANT: Whichever way you decide to mount the case, remember to apply a clear silicone sealant around the perimeter of the backside of the case, and around any holes drilled directly into the metal cabinet.

The durable aluminum-constructed single-door display case with smooth, contemporary radius edges withstands the day-to-day outdoor elements while protecting and displaying your pinned information, posters, menus, messages, and notices. Choose from 15+ extra-large cork message board cabinet sizes.
CREATE A MESSAGE HEADER THAT CATCHES ATTENTION
Located at the top of the single door, the 5" header panel can display your logo, company, church, school, organization, team, product name, event, or any other message. It's your message to create.
Send Us Your Text Header Message
When placing your order, enter the text, word, or phrase you want printed in the header message box. This text will be printed in all-caps Black Helvetica font up to 3". Once you have provided your desired text, we will ensure it is included on your LED-illuminated Extreme WeatherPlus Display Case. Keep your header message brief so passersby can easily read it.
Alternatively, you can submit a custom message header by sending a digital, black-and-white, or color logo, graphic image, or font style. This option will incur an additional charge, and we will include it with your display case.
You can also leave the header panel empty and print your message separately. Your local print or sign shop can assist yoy. Inserting the message into the header panel is simple.
Go GREEN with our energy-saving LED Lights. These long-lasting, energy-efficient LED Strip Lights are mounted on the interior top to spotlight your posters, menus, and other printed announcements. Choose from Top Lit or the Entire Interior Perimeter for LED Lighting placement.
Extreme WeatherPlus™ Add-on Design Features
Having the right outdoor information board is essential in environments where the weather can be harsh. In areas with challenging weather conditions, wall-mount Extreme WeatherPlus™ Bulletin Board Display Cases offer a more weather-resistant option with added features for today's outdoor locations.
- Drip-Edge Aluminum Roof is supplied with adhesive tape for installation directly on the top of the cabinet. The slight overhang deflects dripping water away from susceptible areas, helping to prevent it from entering the case. Once the poster case cabinet is mounted, you can choose whether to install the Roof at that time.
- FORBO™ poster case backer is a self-healing cork designed to withstand crumbling and to reduce water absorption and color fading from direct sunlight. This is a much-improved option over traditional cork backing. Comes in 15+ Colors.
- Side Vents were installed to help reduce condensation buildup towards the top of the case.
- Weep Holes More were added and placed at the bottom of the case help reduce and release humidity, condensation, and any water buildup from trapped air.
- Rubber Gaskets were installed in the interior door cavity to create a seal and help prevent wind-driven rain from entering.
- Secure Mounting Brackets are included to provide an alternative to drilling directly through the back of the Forbo board.

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 30% restock fee including any return shipping costs. All custom orders are non-returnable unless defective in material or workmanship. All Orders exceeding a subtotal of $2,500, or with any customizations, are deemed non-returnable.

Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.

Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.

Special Freight Delivery (Lift-Gate & Inside Service)($300.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Carrier may still need some assistance.
Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.

Typically standard freight ground service will take up to 7-10 business days, but your order may arrive sooner depending where the order is being shipped from and where it's shipping to.
