Our Extreme WeatherPlus™ Add-ons are an upgrade from our standard cases we've sold for 30+ years. While we still sell our vast selection of styles and sizes without the enhancements below, some extreme locations require these upgrades to best accommodate their local weather challenges. Below are the upgrades we include;
- Drip-Edge Roof
The thin aluminum roof provided, has a slight bend at the end, to help mitigate water from entering any possible exposure through the door or hinges when closed. The roof provided comes with a high bond adhesive tape to install onto the top of the metal cabinet. When mounting and installing the WeatherPlus™ case, you can decide if you want to add the protective roof, or leave it off. You can always install it at a later date or remove it altogether after initial installation. - Rubber Gaskets
One of the bigger enhancements is the installed rubber gaskets placed on the inside perimeter of the door cavity. Though not water-proof or 100% water-tight, it greatly mitigates water from entering the case. - Side Vents
Placed on both sides of the case are Fin Style Vents. This allows the upper portion of the case to release any condensation build up, and allow for air flow to properly assist in providing a clear viewing of the contents inside. - Additional Weep Holes
In addition to the side Fin Vents, we also provide a total of 4 weep holes at the bottom of the case, which allows for any condensation or possible water build up, to release with ease. The bottom holes are positioned slightly in-front of the backer board and then behind it, for maximum breath-ability. - Forbo™ Cork Backer
Offered in 15+ Colors, this cork board is self healing, will not crumble and constructed to hold up in most weather conditions. Forbo is produced from natural and renewable raw materials. A combination of oxidized linseed oil, rosin and finely ground cork gives this poster case its flexibility and resilience. This combination results in a product with exceptional durability & a sustainable footprint. Its strength and resilience make it an ideal material for pin boards, notice boards and all other surfaces where ideas and information are exchanged. - Hanging Brackets- for Wall Mount
When drilling holes though the backer board, there is an opportunity for water to seep into the backside of the case. As an option we've included top and bottom metal hanging brackets to help avoid this. You still can drill through the backer board, but this provides an alternative mounting method.
IMPORTANT: Whichever way you decide to mount the case, remember to apply a clear silicone sealant around the perimeter of the backside of the case, and around any holes drilled directly into the metal cabinet.

**We provide a 3-wire cord attached to the ballast / transformer inside the display case. When installing you should use a licensed electrician / installer to bring power to the display. The installer will best decide where to exit the hardwire provided (we do not provide an exit hole as we feel it is best for the installer to decide the best exit point for power supply).
We offer TWO LED Lighting Options as detailed below:
TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option we place an LED strip light on the top side of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting the contents inside.
INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For this option we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all 4 sides of the interior case, bringing more light intensity to the contents being displayed inside.

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The customer must return the defective product, prepaid, for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
The manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use, or impairment caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, flood, or product impairment resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear, such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized, or improperly installed products.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are missing any parts or products in your shipment, notify us within 30 DAYS of receipt of the order. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned new, unused, and resalable, in their original box/packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reason other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item, we will issue a credit, less a 30% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment to our production facility. Any customized product or order over $ 2,500 is non-returnable.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time
Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered via freight carrier. Standard freight service ONLY includes delivery of your order to the curbside. How is my total delivery time determined?
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into Lead Time to Ship and Shipping Time.
Lead Time to Ship is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from us or our vendors. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.
Shipping Time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office. The actual shipping time will vary depending on the service you choose. Typically standard ground service will take up to 5 business days, but your order may arrive sooner depending where the order is being shipped from and where it's shipping to.

How is my total delivery time determined?
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into Lead Time to Ship and Shipping Time.
Lead Time to Ship is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from us or our vendors. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.
Shipping Time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office. The actual shipping time will vary depending on the service you choose. Typically standard ground service will take up to 5 business days, but your order may arrive sooner depending where the order is being shipped from and where it's shipping to.

Due to its size & weight and to ensure a safe and timely arrival, this item requires delivery via ground freight carrier.

COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)
This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.
For residential locations. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Customer is responsible for moving product(s) inside of home.
Lift-Gate Freight Delivery (Commercial Lift-Gate Service)($125.00)
For commercial locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Customer is responsible for moving product(s) inside of home or business.
Special Freight Delivery (Lift-Gate & Inside Service)($300.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Carrier may still need some assistance.
Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
